The verdict
Both are endgame-quality brushes; the choice is philosophy. The Eclipse HP-CS is one brush that does everything from primer to fine mottle with a 0.35 mm nozzle and the hobby’s easiest maintenance — it is the answer to “which airbrush will I never outgrow?”
The Evolution 2-in-1 is two brushes in one box: the 0.4 mm set for coverage, the 0.2 mm for detail passes. If swapping nozzles for the job appeals to you — and cross-border spare parts do not scare you — it is the more versatile kit. If you want to think about the tool less and the model more, buy the Iwata.
